Here she is, folks! Shamus’ completed colors on the cover of MAN COP #1. The book has been sent off to Ka-Blam Digital Printing and shall arrive in the hands of Chris Bramante in San Diego for Comic-Con 2012!!! Shamus & Chris extend a giant thanks to the Kickstarter donors who gave us to opportunity to pursue the path of doing what we love.
Please bear with us as we update the website with the new pages, new layout, new online store, new point of view on this dark world that we will live in.
Team Man Cop is meeting up in Brooklyn in August to sign the first edition of MAN COP #1 so that we can send them off the rewards to everyone who donated to the Kickstarter & so that we may plot the next stages of our project. Thank you for your patience & support! Stay alive & attentive. Live to the justice that you believe in. Man Cop demands it.
Thank you taking a moment out of your personal adventures to read up on the progress of our comic. As we approach completion of the first issue, we give to you this update video for your viewing pleasure.
Our cross-country collaboration (from Hollywood to Brooklyn) has been an interesting venture and we are dying to show you what we have been working on.
This premiere issue will kick off the three-part opening arc that will introduce readers into our grimly gripping world of crime and conquest.
Our hearts are overrun with bottomless appreciation for the donations you have given our little action-farce comic book. We’d be powerless without you.
Greetings to you who may have stumbled into this Internet site that is dedicated to the warrior called MAN COP. As Shamus & I are finishing up the first three issues of the comic, the site currently is undergoing a transformation and will take a small amount of time for the rebirth to take hold.
The site will be up to speed in the coming weeks.
Should you need a Man Cop-ly fix, please check out the MAN COP Facebook page. Peep game on the art, the pages of the comic thus far, the video content and should you take a liking to it, hit the like button.
Triumph has arrived & with your excellent support, ManCop is funded!
Shamus & myself will be meeting in New York in the coming weeks as we continue to finish up the first book. Check out the Kickstarter section of the website to see all of the Thank You video songs.
As the materials are created for your rewards, I will be reaching out to you for your information so I can get you your proper prizes. Again, from the bottom of the deepest, bluest shark’s finniest ocean, thank you for supporting this project.
Kick back while Shamus & I do our part. In the meanwhile, check out this Thank You image crafted by Shamus!
Less than a month remains to fund this project but thanks to your kind donations, we are over halfway there! ManCop, Shamus and myself appreciate any dollar & dime… any penny & pound….any schilling & tooth filling….but we still need help to fully slay the dragon.
Look below to observe this new video detailing the struggle to pull ManCop through to the finish line. This baby was created with the help of Sam Kirsch & my brethren of Animfantastic (www.animfantastic.com).
Please donate & help to spread the word of ManCop as if it were the buttery spread goodness on this toast we call Planet Earth.
So buckle your belts & grease your weasels as we gear up for “OPERATION: Homestretch” or as it is more widely known in the Baltic Regions… “DEFCON Asskick”.
People of Earth (and those who have accessed our Internets from outer space),
We’ve passed the $1000 mark on our campaign! I thank our most gracious donors from the bottom of the deepest oceans. You will be receiving your personalized Thank You Song videos in the course of the coming campaign as well as your shining rewards (should our campaign succeed)!
Over the past weekend, I travelled the halls of San Diego Comic-Con dressed in my most salesman like attire in order to raise awareness of the Man Cop Kickstarter.
I got this here flier into the hands of many human beings who inspired me to create: Joss Whedon, Jane Espenson, Clare Kramer, Nicky Brendon as well as a Smorgasbord of creators, actors and fellow fanchildren.
More updates to follow ! Thanks again to everyone who got us to where we are. We’ve got a solid chunk of days to push this thing to the finish line. Every dollar helps!
