The Remnants of Order (an underground militia comprised of the remaining US soldiers and police officers) sought to fight back the forces of Blank Nation by creating an ultimate warrior… Enlisting the maddening sciences of the completely insane Doctor Deterax, they created a beast of unstoppable force.  He wasn’t just a man…he wasn’t just a cop…he was MAN COP.

As we begin our series, Man Cop has returned from defeating the Monarchs of the Blank Nation only to find that, in his absence, his beloved Metropolice City has fallen under an evil monarch of its own – a murderous crimelord of a king who is known only as Kill Cop.  To Man Cop’s horror, the citizens not only accept their new king…they happily worship at Kill Cop’s feet.

With Issue #1 of “Return of Man Cop”, this launches our three-part opening story arc that will cement Man Cop in his new hellish status quo.  With his allies depleted and his city turned to slaves to their new king, Man Cop must fight his nature to uphold the law in a world where the law has become lawless.
